Disney has no trouble selling its timeshares. We own 3 contracts and use the hell out of them and if we wanted to sell them, they would sell for more than we paid. It is one of the few timeshare programs that is “worth it.” There is an endless rental market of people who want to stay but don’t want to pay the Disney rates. And you can trade it into the other programs but those other resorts are rarely as nice. We just use it to go to the Disney property in Vero or Hawaii.[/quote]
