[/quote] I agree with looking around Kings Park West. We ended up buying in Middleridge (and love it), but our search included the neighborhoods of CCV, KPW, Bonnie Brae, and FCE. FCE (and maybe Bonnie Brae?) has an HOA, so keep that in mind if you are for/against HOAs. In KPW, I think the largest model is called the Barron and has the number of rooms you desire. You really can’t go wrong with any neighborhoods in 22033. We know families in all these neighborhoods through various activities.
