And that STILL doesn't guard against CURRENT EMPLOYEES who want to shoot up their workplace.

Then we get to metal detectors. We would need rows of them, like the turnstiles, to accommodate the influx of kids. And that STILL doesn't protect against 3D printed guns, that are by definition PLASTIC.

Finally, we have X-ray machines, like in airports. They easily detect 3D weapons. You want airport style security in every public school? We need to build large extensions and completely revamp the layout because there's no space to put enough of them in our buildings. And the county is not rich enough to afford them, even if they raise taxes, what with staffing and maintenance.

So. What do you want, OP?
