[/quote] That's where the "get creative" comes into play. One could do a travel year and a home study year filled with experiences. I think you could explain it away. Maybe not for every level of school but there are plenty of schools that need butts in seats and if the gpa and test scores are good, even with a miscellaneous year, you'd get plenty of acceptances. The harder sell is how to get public school to take you back... I'm not sure but I'm am sure there is a work-around....[/quote]
