I don’t have to sell you anything though, since you seem to think that teachers inherently do not want accountability. Accountability isn’t an issue, IMPACT doesn’t hold anyone accountable. My first year teaching I was 20 years old and got highly effective and definitely was not a top teacher at my school. But hey, the principal loved me - I stayed from 7-6 almost every day cause I really didn’t know wtf I was doing. [/quote]
