Recovery is hard to gauge because I had it done with a tummy tuck and that was majorly painful for the first week or so and I dont remember anything about my breasts other than they were right up under my chin (it seemed) before they dropped but this was explained by my doc. I was a 36 DDD and had no implants just a reduction and my breasts are sitting up perky I don't need a bra and they are lovely. It was mostly skin removal vs loss of volume. [/quote]
