We have LOVED it here.  Amazingly walkable.  We take our toddler to Guy Mason and Whole Foods on a regular basis. It’s a fun little outing. The neighborhood is safe and full of pretty nice families. It takes me 15 minutes to get to my job downtown.  We also used to walk down into Georgetown routinely before our toddler made that sort of impossible.  In the spring, that walk is so beautiful – many people keep their little garden beds very nicely tended to and then of course Georgetown streets are gorgeous.

That said, we probably will move in the next year or so because - as referenced above – I actually am a law firm partner, and I could afford a house 2 to 3 times the price of my current GP house.  I bought this place when I made less money, and it truly has been such a lovely place to start my family, mature into middle age, and start developing my taste in homes.
