I have a couple fully remote employees in coordinator/admin roles...they work 37.5 hours a week and gets full benefits. The only kicker is that these roles in my company don't pay great because they are fully remote assistant jobs. The best people have actually been my pre-retirement type employees who are in their 50s and are super capable writers and super professional/responsive but are looking to step down and take something remote.[/quote]
