This would be awesome for us. I love the privacy and deck spaces and patio. Kids could h w amazing grad party here. [/quote] And you could retire in it later with space for kids to visit or stay if they need help with living expenses. Ranch homes with bedrooms on main levels are getting more popular as people age. They are just mostly really fugly in DC area, but this one is cute and has curb appeal. [/quote]
