The mall is unquestionably declining. A lot of vacancies. Most of the usual upper midrange stores have pulled out. Macy's and Nordstroms were badly organized and pointless. Apple was probably the only store left that has any resonance or draw. I'm aware Towson mall now has a reputation for becoming popular with certain formerly urban demographics, and mentioning it doubtlessly raises some people's ire, but you can't deny it either. We all see it with our eyes and telling people it's racist to notice it isn't helping. Just like we all noticed when drug stores started locking everything up in certain areas. Malls are also struggling in most places so it's not unique to Towson. [/quote]
