So for smcs program with 60 seats, they will initially admit easily over 100 students. So If one student says no to a Program that doesn’t automatically indicate a free Open space. That being said, Getting off the waitlist can happen, but I wouldn’t expect to put much hope into it after the end of April, when the chances decrease substantially.
