With my dog we just took her out almost no matter what, and trained her to go for a walk in whatever weather. If it were pouring or a sheet of ice or whatever, we didn't go, but a little rain or snow and she was going. For example in today's weather I wouldn't have taken her in the hail, but right now with the wet snow? As a puppy she would have stopped and turned around to go inside, but I would have made her go out for a walk, and she'd be fine. She didn't ever like it, and still doesn't, but she got used to it. And yeah, my dog is the same as yours -- she needs to walk a bit to go #2. [/quote]
