[/quote] I had been in the nearby community for my kid's swim training, the lake is a nice amenity to have, but not sure if accessible to the people who aren't facing the lake. There also appeared to always be people walking on trails along the sun valley road, although I don't see how you would cross easily. Overall, it's a nice looking neighborhood and super convenient to Reston and drivable to Tysons along the Leesburg pike. I wouldn't choose it for the daily commute to DC though. With Tysons you have an option to drive. I also don't see how you can walk to the metro, it doesn't look to be a community built for human scale walking around (outside of the master planned trails).
