There was a $3M sale on 3rd St backing to the cemetery in 2024 but I toured the house and it probably cost them $4M to build. It was built to be owner occupied but they left during the pandemic. But yeah, my guess is $3M is too steep for the small lots in Ashton Heights. So folks spending that money go further north for more space. [/quote]
