We assume he’s doing this because the the $500/month injectibles? And has/had a BMI &gt;30 and never learned to stop eating fast, or the right portion size, or to eat less? Plus rarely worked out or even took walks?

Yes those types become insufferable with the GLP injectibles. They think they’re invincible gods. No muscle tone still but he will likely rapidly go through the stages of an egotistical male mid life crises.
