Is he planning the meals? If he is planning and helping with shopping and prep then he has a point about undermining him with pizza (although you both should look at whether the family meals are enough). If he's not helping with meals, he doesn't get to complain about pizza.

And is the family budget going to pay for his plastic surgery?

Will he see a counselor with you? If not, you may need to start the divorce.

Yes those types become insufferable with the GLP injectibles. They think they’re invincible gods. No muscle tone still but he will likely rapidly go through the stages of an egotistical male mid life crises.

Protect the kids and yourself. He’s a goner.

What? No it's not. I've maintained a 50 lb weight loss for years and never cared when spouse brought junk into the house. Half the battle of successful weight loss is learning to deal with temptations around you.
