Rec leagues are definitely cheaper, but our experience was quite frustrating. Even after one year of club, you lose the patience to watch a game where most players look at the ball drop right in front of them and react only after. The players don't really benefit from the activity unless you want them to learn patience and grace. Everybody needs to start somewhere, but re-starting at the same point becomes less and less useful. [/quote]
