I mean, we came from Liverpool which had older, super experienced and licensed coaches who were supposedly good and they were terrible. 9 and 10 yos riding the bench in tears, same starters every game, terrible culture and vibe, double practices all the time and a weird extra practice from a different club we were all kind of side eyed into having to do. It was terrible. To us Juventus feels like a breath of fresh air by comparison!!!! Some turnover is normal but it does signify unhappiness. If it’s for U10 and under it really doesn’t matter. Above that who knows- check w RB and others, AE, see how your concerns are received???? That would be a good first step!!!
I know this is off-topic, but just to provide a counterpoint - we have been happy with our Liverpool u-littles experience. Coach is supportive. Kids and families get along. I haven't seen any tears on our bench. Pretty much everyone returned this year. I have an idea of what the PP might be referring to, but we haven't experienced anything like that. The top Juventus team for our year is deep and talented and seem to be well coached. Maybe coaching turnover was positive for them. But it looked to me like they turned over half their roster from the team we played last year.
It IS off topic and not relevant. It sounds like you don’t have experience with our club except as an outside observer and are trying hard to Stan for club you are signed up for which is a poorly run mess and will cause long term damage to your child no matter what. It will take years to unpack the harm, you will see it later!! Glad we got our daughter out while we could!!!! One day you will feel the same way :-)
