There is no club anywhere that you could just talk about "the experience" at the club. So much turns on the specific age level, gender, and level of play. Juventus have so many different teams. What gender and age group are you looking at?

The Juventus club seems disorganized and overrated. They appear to be trying to grow too fast and overpromise.

What is this all about?

What? It’s obviously providing our own context about why our experience at Juventus is great because our previous experience was so bad, and then giving examples of what we experienced in the past in youth soccer and giving an idea of why the turnover and changes at Juve don’t seem bad for us but it’s all in the eye of the beholder.
Why are you questioning it, you ok??? Need validation?

I’m not the poster but the person clearly put in bold

“ a weird extra practice from a different club we were all kind of side eyed into having to do”

Then they asked you what that is all about?

Your reply was defensive lol

I know this is off-topic, but just to provide a counterpoint - we have been happy with our Liverpool u-littles experience. Coach is supportive. Kids and families get along. I haven't seen any tears on our bench. Pretty much everyone returned this year. I have an idea of what the PP might be referring to, but we haven't experienced anything like that.

The top Juventus team for our year is deep and talented and seem to be well coached. Maybe coaching turnover was positive for them. But it looked to me like they turned over half their roster from the team we played last year.

It IS off topic and not relevant. It sounds like you don’t have experience with our club except as an outside observer and are trying hard to Stan for club you are signed up for which is a poorly run mess and will cause long term damage to your child no matter what. It will take years to unpack the harm, you will see it later!! Glad we got our daughter out while we could!!!! One day you will feel the same way

From the outside it looks like Juventus has added a bunch of teams recently so that may be driving the young coach hiring.

Not trying to start drama — just looking for honest feedback.

Juventus parents: is this level of coach movement and turnover normal? We’re seeing it across multiple age groups, and lately we have noticed the club turning to young and unlicensed coaches, which hasn’t felt very developmentally appropriate for the younger kids.

It’s a big $$$ commitment so we’re trying to make an informed decision for next year. Would also love to hear how this compares to other local clubs
