In Virginia, if you are driving over 80 mph or in excess of 20 mph over the posted speed limit, you can expect to be charged with reckless driving, which is a class 1 misdemeanor. OP, it could be you were caught in excess of 20 by a camera. It could be some unpaid tickets you don't know about. It could be unpaid toll mistakes. You are going to have to call to find out.[/quote]
