High schools will also discontinue Coed Volleyball (currently offered in the Spring) and begin offering JV Boys Volleyball. (High schools already offer Varsity Boys Volleyball in the Spring).

Additionally, as a likely replacement for Gymnastics, 13 high schools are piloting "STUNT" this Spring. In all likelihood, this will be offered at all 25 schools in Spring 2027. STUNT is essentially cheer with "Acro" and tumbling aspects - usually done as a head to head contest between two teams.

Middle Schools will add not only Boys Volleyball but also Girls Volleyball. Middle Schools also will likely discontinue slow pitch softball, which is currently offered for both boys and girls.[/quote]
