I enjoy it slowly and wait a while and if im still hungry, eat the rest without guilt but if I'm not, I put it aside for later and then if I'm hungry later it's like woo, " free zero calorie food" because I already counted it. I find this really helps me eat according to my hunger cues which is something I struggle with. [/quote]
