I serve myself the same portion as my elementary age kids. Sometimes I do get a little more later but in the past I would dole out “adult plates” for my husband and myself and I simply can’t eat as much as a man does without gaining. I wish I could!
Weight loss is such a joke for men. My husband cut out beer “except for weekends” and weight fell off that he didn’t even need to lose. I make all kinds of changes and just maintain.
