Most men that height would benefit from longer sleeves but don’t have to have them.  If their arms are the lengths of an average male they’d look pretty weird!!  Also longer cut t shirts are a nice to have but also not necessary.

All the very tall men in my life do a lot of pushing their sleeves up.[/quote]
