Municipalities are probably in better shape on average. The snow is now concrete and not moveable in many places. The failure on everyone's part was not starting to plow late Sat and early Sun. I'm sure the schools would like to open and I suspect they will tomorrow or Th but it is going to be a sh*t show. [/quote]
