As most noted - the ECNL affiliated clubs in VA will play VPSL, the others will largely do EDP for u11 and NAL for u12. The top u11 division of EDP is brutally competitive and none of the teams there (except maybe Potomac) would be challenged in NCSL. VPSL isn’t as deep any more, but Arlington and Richmond are both strong u11 clubs. [/quote]
