I am heavily contemplating veneers. I have two small chips on my front teeth that could use a fix. I considered bonding but was told veneers would work much better from a cosmetic and lasting standpoint. I saw my dentist and he said I could do the too 4 teeth to best achieve what I want without completely breaking the break - quoting around $1000 per tooth. He is a good dentist but I have not seen many reviews related to cosmetic dentistry for him. So, any recommendations and also just in general experiences getting veneers - the process the end result - are you happy, what would you do differently if anything? Thanks in advance!
Veneers damage teeth and there is no coming back from that- if you have to have veneers re-done, you will damage more perfectly healthy tissue. Depending on size of chips, I would consider having dentist just rounding out any sharp bits with burr and leave it be. Google celebrity bad veneers and ask yourself if they had access to the finest money could buy, why aren’t the results better?
