My cat's birthday is coming up, and I want to treat him to something yummy (to him). Do you need to cook chicken gizzards? Would you just boil them? Where can I get chicken hearts? Are the gizzards at Giant ok... or... not worth risking?
Gizzards at Giant are sold for human consumption, they're fine for cats too Chicken hearts are in tubs at the grocery in the same spot as the livers and gizzards usually. Definitely cook them, for the cat I just boil them, no seasoning. My cat loves them.
