It's so shaming for someone to say "why don't you wash your face differently?" In my case, less products so I wasn't overly drying my skin and cutting out dairy helped somewhat, but it was primarily a genetic hormonal thing that I mostly outgrew. But I still have the physical scars and mental scars from people telling me I had bad hygiene or ate too much pizza or chocolate (I gave up both, actually, no difference).[/quote]
