I love this guy (or these people) who are always focused on "money", "money grab", etc.  You realize you are talking to a lot of people who can afford it, right?  You are either holding on the prior system of summer tournaments and club recruiting coordinators, and maybe one or two camps, being enough, or it's FOMO.  Why begrudge lacrosse entrepreneurs in the first place?  Deemer Class and Matt Dunn are great guys who genuinely care about the sport and the girls game, and, critically, the development of players. Brooke Magnuson at Top Tier, for another example, clearly does as well.

Call it a money machine if you want, but check instagram, check inside lacrosse, etc.  That stuff matters. Coaches see it.  Build lists with ratings and rankings. And yeah, they ask people like Deemer or Brooke their view on prospects. Changing landscape my friend. Read and react. Let others do what they feel is best for their kid, or just keep being a curmudgeon.  Either way, I hope your DD is successful with chasing her goals.[/quote]
