In addition to the coaches that coach the players' teams for the 6s and full-field game portions of the showcase, there are positional drills on the first day, allowing players to work with a variety of coaches.
Will every coach on the list get a look? Maybe not. But through the positionals, game play, and certainly if your player makes the All-Star game, they can be seen by a majority of coaches there.
Good vibe, sharp play, and a good group of coaches. A good BIC event in our view.
I would rank strongly above XPO, and curious to hear views of others who went to Lacrosse Masters.
The talent level at Lacrosse Masters was low. However, the event had coaches from several strong high-academic schools. For certain 2028s, this setting likely offered increased exposure and provided a valuable opportunity to stand out. The primary insight for Lacrosse Masters is to consider scheduling future events to avoid direct conflict with BIC, since BIC appears able to draw a stronger player pool when going head-to-head.
