They said the app “Amptify” was essentially the same as the therapy they provided in the office so it was a good alternative if we didn’t want to come in person. For reasons that are quirky we never actually did the program or any type of therapy, but it sounded like the app could be helpful for many and may be more convenient and lower cost. [/quote]
