I received the flu shot Wednesday this week. They were not confirmed of the flu until Friday and Saturday. I called my OB to tell them I am at risk of getting it because I have been around all three of them in my house for an entire week. The doctor immediately prescribed tamiflu yesterday and pretty much yelled at me for not getting the flu shot earlier in the flu season. I took it yesterday but I woke up this morning feeling so nervous that I had taken it due to the unknown risks to the baby. We had a 20 week ultrasound last week and the baby looks so healthy and normal...I just wouldn't want to do anything that could cause a risk to her at this point.

Has anyone taken tamiflu during pregnancy? The doctor says the risks of taking it outweigh the risks of me getting the flu and ending up in the hospital with pneumonia.
