Spent a criminal amount and it was flavorless. I gotta say the Giant standing rib roosts i’ve learned are really good. I always fill my freezer with about 5 of them when they go on sale after the holidays. I’m actually popping one on the rotisserie over wood tomorrow night, I’ve had it dry brining in my fridge for the last 2 nights with a garlic, herb and salt crust. sill have that on the rotisserie for a couple of hours and let me tell you, it always turns out incredible :[/quote]
