So many Americans talk big on law and order, but they don’t actually want to pay for law and order. So yes the system prioritizes the most violent criminals over those engaged in less violent crimes, and sometimes the result is something like this.

For what it’s worth, I’ve also seen plenty of law abiding drivers kill or seriously injure pedestrians or bicyclists because so many law abiding people who don’t drive under the influence of substances DO drive under the influence of their distracting digital gadgets.

Life sucks really hard sometimes. Very sad for this relatively vibrant elder’s early demise. I hope he was struck unconscious immediately - he probably was. The defendant will definitely be going into prison now.[/quote]
