If your child was baptized in a Catholic Church, this is how you get the certificate. FWIW, though, Gonzaga does not ask for a copy and I don’t think DJO does either, although both ask whether you’re Catholic and for the name of your parish. If your DS is receiving sacraments at your church, they also would have likely asked for a copy and should be able to give you one if you need it for one of these schools. [/quote]
