I just want to highlight the certificate, which is an industrial certificate, which is valuable to my field.[/quote] You can "want to" to do anything but that doesn't mean federal HR will one, allow you to, or two, care. Focus less on the certificate and more on showing what you have done and accomplished in your work as it relates to position being advertised, that is what will get you on the cert. [/quote]
