Thanks. Even if the link is from well known domain? Such as www.domain.com/UniqueCode to link to the certificate.

The issue isn't cybersecurity. I'm just not allowed to use information not on the resume. But also, I've never been in a position where a certificate would matter. If it's a formal requirement, I assume HR verifies that, just like they do the transcripts.

I see, I am not saying the certificate is required. I just want to highlight the certificate, which is an industrial certificate, which is valuable to my field.

You can "want to" to do anything but that doesn't mean federal HR will one, allow you to, or two, care. Focus less on the certificate and more on showing what you have done and accomplished in your work as it relates to position being advertised, that is what will get you on the cert.

They are not going to click on your link, and they are not going to look at certificates you upload--in any event, the system has you upload things based on categories (SF-50, resume, transcript, etc) so you can't just upload anything you want.

There is no hack to get around the 2 page requirement. Just briefly describe your certificate in your resume.

In the pdf version of certificate, it says -- Verify this certificate at: html hyper link here

I consider to put the html hyperlink in the resume Certificate section.

I attached two pages of PDF as USAJOBS resume. Before that, I used USAJOBS built-in resume, and it was approximate 4 pages (if printed out), so I took out a lot of stuff.

I’d like to highlight in resume that I hold an online certificate in that particular course, which took several months of study and completion of practical assignments.

Of course, I will attached certificates along with application, but there are quite some certificates, most certificates are not covered in resume (per two pages limit).

As I said, I would like to highlight that particular certificate in resume. Is it appropriate to put html hyperlink in the resume? Just in case people don't even look into supporting documents (certificates). The html hyperlink is from PDF version of certificate.
