So many regions are like this. It's actually more interesting to talk about which regions tend to produce people who are more neutral about their region or more chill about the idea that other areas might also be good. Like: the Pacific Northwest, the Southwest and Mountain West (excluding California), Florida (they know we all laugh at them and most of them understand why). All of those places actually have really great stuff in them, so its interesting you never hear someone going on and on about how they are from the BEST place even if that place is, like, Colorado, which is actually legitimately really great![/quote]
