4. Sadly, yes. They don't add seats in 9th grade, so you're gambling on either someone leaving or a small class. A lot of kids leave their K-8 schools after 6th grade to go to TMV, because it's much much easier to get in for 7th. The current 8th grade has a lot of girls and not very many boys, so probably higher chances of getting in for next year if you have a son, but who knows.[/quote]
