Section 568 though expired in September 2022; how did the official policy change since? Are they still "need-blind"? And if so, did they agree to stay need-blind when including the waiting list? Or was the whole idea of being need-blind dropped with the expiration of section 568 and after Henry vs Brown University?[/quote]
