No, the country isn't going to expel a newborn and mother from the country. But they're not going to pay $10K to medevac you out of the country. I had to travel for work when 7 months pregnant, and while I had no indications I would give birth prematurely, you had better believe that I researched a reasonable quality hospital and doctor's names, just in case something went wrong.[/quote]
