Uh birth tourism, hello. People come and deliver here from Central and South America all the time without insurance and it's all written off to the taxpayer. We are probably one of the only countries that does that and one reason why medical costs are so high for everyone else.

If that does happen obviously it depends on th specific country and circumstances. "Would they fly them back to the US" - you think another country is randomly paying for international medical transport?
