[/quote] Mink got MCPS on the record that not only *will* the Board of Ed vote on this, they have to vote. Ordinarily I would say the Board would just go along despite all of this-- but Yang has always been at least a little independently-minded (not hugely so but it's something) and is running for County Council so maybe there's a chance.
