Given the few people who are extra large or extra small, making those costs more. It isn’t just size and amount of material, it is changing the pattern, cutting dies and assembly cadence. It isn’t just the amount of material. So they cost average among all sizes. It would be cheaper if they just used the same size. Anyone who falls outside that one size could just make do. [/quote]
