I get that, but not an insignificant part of this cost is probably the pick up and return of these rugs. Assuming two guys to pick up/deliver four 8X10 rugs - they'd have to budget about 5-6 labor hours before they even begin to clean. They're probably taking a bath on doing it a second time. From here its tough to determine what was a set stain and what wasn't.[/quote]
