I had to stop Flonase because it was giving me nose bleeds. Once I stopped, the nose bleeds stopped.

Thank you. I tried the nasal rinses, and that helped a lot.

Yesterday, I seemed to be getting a lot worse with body aches. Negative for COVID. Today, I feel tired but less congested.

I read medical advice to stop taking antihistamines, so I stopped mine starting today. Too soon to say if it will help or not.

I'll make an appointment in a day or two if it doesn't resolve.

Take the allergy med twice a day until ragweed season is over.

It may also likely be allergies. The ragweed this year is ridiculous, with dry weather and wind. It’s worse than ever before.

Thank you. My head hurts so much that just thinking thoughts feels like a challenge, but I am also dealing with some other stressful things.

I was never sick and have had congestion for four weeks. At first, I thought the congestion was only allergies. However, I have been in three different geographic locations with the same issue.

Some nights, I wake up with headaches and can feel my head and nose are clogged.

I take allergy medicine every day and usually don't have this issue unless certain trees are letting off pollen.

Could this be a sinus infection?
