So it really can be anyone and they will reorganize/merge branches, groups, etc. to get the right ratios. I don’t think they can exceed the $50k but perhaps they can sweeten the deal and do a limited fork situation where they go on admin leave for a while before resigning. It won’t be as long as the original fork but they can still do a few months without separate opm approval.[/quote]
