You can't be serious. They "hurt" him by not taking a man who was hallucinating, delusional and panicking to the hospital when he asked to go a few times. This was not a drunk in public situation this was a mental episode that needed medical attention. He could still be alive today with medical intervention.  [/quote]

Lots of legit medical emergencies can present in this manner - eg, diabetic ketoacidosis.

These cops laughed it off and played candy crush while a man was dying in their police cruiser. Poorly trained morons who should not be Big Government agents who get to wield the the power of life and death. They are not responsible enough for this job and should be separated from the PD before they kill more civilians through neglect and laziness. [/quote]
