So I'm not surprised there was a huge shift among white, asian, and Hispanic men toward Republicans in the last election. Democrats aren't their party. Race-based hiring was garbage in 1825,1925, and 2025. So people will gravitate to organizations and companies that value talent, regardless of racial or ethnic background. And there are tons of great black professionals. But when people get prioritized for things they can't do anything about - race, gender, ethnicity - there's going to be a reaction among the unchosen people.
